Found this spa on Google. Looked at the reviews and decided to give them a try. Best decision I have made in quite awhile. First thing I noticed was how clean the spa was. The massage was outstanding and the therapist very professional. The experience was certainly 5 star. This is a spa experience that you can not go wrong on!
My experience was uncomfortable and awkward from the start. When my friend and I arrived wanting an hour each, I was immediately told by the woman that only cash was accepted. After getting money from the ATM, she then demanded $100 upfront for both of us, which struck me as odd since I was told $70 for an hour each. Considering $50 for a half-hour is already steep, the tip should be included in that price, not expected on top. Typically, payment is made after the service, not before. During my massage, the woman kept leaving the room repeatedly, which felt highly unprofessional and disruptive. Frustrated, I left after she simply said 'Okay' and walked out. Despite having paid in advance, they were rude to my friend about me not leaving a tip. This was far from the relaxing massage experience we expected.
